01/28/2024 • Vienna, January 2024: For 25 years, SEW-EURODRIVE mastered, together with the company Pakman Pogonska Tehnika d.o.o. from Celje/Slovenia, the drive technology challenges for customers in Slovenia. Mr. Jure Trofenik, owner of Pakman Pogonska Tehnika, is closing his company due to his retirement. For this reason, SEW-EURODRIVE Austria has been operating directly on the Slovenian market since November 1, 2023.

In addition to the Drive Technology Center in Vienna, SEW-EURODRIVE Austria currently has a Drive Center (Lustenau) and three technical offices (Graz, Linz and Celje). SEW-EURODRIVE Austria is represented by partners in Croatia, Romania and Serbia. The direct presence in Slovenia is a new and important step for SEW-EURODRIVE in the world of drive technology.

The contact persons in Slovenia are the long-time employees of Pakman Pogonska Tehnika: Mr. Iztok Senica and Mr. Dejan Tomazic, who have been taken over into the SEW-EURODRIVE family.
