The controller is positioned directly on the scissor lift table, allowing you to save valuable control cabinet space. The scissor lift table with decentralized technology significantly reduces the need for cabling thanks to its comprehensive connection concept. It allows you to reduce your downtimes during maintenance.
Our decentralized drive, positioning and application controller MOVIPRO® is responsible for positioning the lifting drive. The drive concept is flexible and can be adapted to the relevant mechanical requirements. The innovative scissor lift table software module allows you to create simple applications in your plant construction, with only two positions and multiple levels.

When your drive technology offers a diverse range of functions, it is important to use the right software. It can operate the drives and display a visualization of your processes. The software module used for the MAXOLUTION® scissor lift table is optimally adapted to the components used and the necessary functionality. Using the specified modules significantly decreases the time required for application programming and startup.
The scissor lift table software module makes it very easy for you to parameterize any position that you require. The motion control unit controls the entire application using the integrated load bearing device. The software modules provided in the MOVI-PLC® controller, including the cam positioning and table positioning feature, move the axis. You control your selected drive directly using manual mode.
